PAYMENT POLICY: MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items
that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection,
click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able
to complete the order.
If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit
card company will convert the transaction to UK Sterling or your own currency.

HOW SECURE ARE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS?
When you type in credit card information it is being encrypted and sent to Paypals
secure servers. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Paypal are
encapsulated using their own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses

Currently we're only able to accept cheques denominated in pounds sterling and drawn
from a UK bank. Paying by cheque slows down your order as we don’t process your
order until we receive your cheque, and we don't post items to you until your funds
clear.
If you're in the UK, paying by personal cheque typically delays your order by about
seven to 10 days. Please email us your order and we will calculate the total amount
you are required to pay, send your cheque to the following address: 66 Slaney Rd,
Walsall, West Midlands WS29AF.
Remember to write your e-mail address AND your full name and address clearly on
the back of your cheque to help us to process your order more efficiently.
We do not accept debit/credit card details over the phone.

PAYMENT POLICY: CREDIT or DEBIT CARD DECLINED
If you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, you
must contact the bank that issued the card to find out why.
Note: only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined. If you want to
try again with a different card, go back to your order and enter your card details
again.
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted
and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet,
this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally
suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of
new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration
of any such suspension or restriction.

to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified
destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you;
we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs

office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from
Nuralhabib.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all
laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy
is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order
is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching
products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to
opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents

SHIPPING
All orders received by www.NuralHabib.com are shipped subject to availability. www.NuralHabib.com
reserves the right to ship products at a later date (up to 6 working days after
purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In
this situation you will be contacted by email and offered a full refund instead
of delivery of the product.
www.NuralHabib.com cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused
by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption
occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfillment company
or a full refund.

PRODUCT PRICING AND TITLE

our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found
we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment
of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). The
processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by www.NuralHabib.com at anytime
up to the shipment of that order and any related items.
www.NuralHabib.com.com reserves the right to alter all products pricing without
notice. In the case of any price changes after an order has already been placed,
we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

When you place an order with us online, you will automatically receive a confirmation
email from our online merchant Paypal to confirm your order and receipt of your
payment. You will be provided with a unique transaction number which you should

right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details
or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.
If www.NuralHabib.com is unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve
these issues a full refund will be made against the card used at the time or purchase.
No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any
third party card or account.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right
to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify Www.NuralHabib.com
in writing, (email or letter) within seven working days from the day after goods
have been delivered. Please note the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
2000 only apply to consumers, the regulations do not apply to business purchasers
or individuals purchasing on behalf of a business.
The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either
expressed or implied and Www.NuralHabib.com disclaims all or any of them to the
fullest extent. Www.NuralHabib.com does not warrant that the products/services offered
will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or
the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful
components. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors
on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and Www.NuralHabib.com
shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.
As stated above notification of cancellation must be in writing, a telephone call
is not a valid cancellation.
If you've accidentally placed an order or just changed your mind, don't worry. You
can cancel or amend any order by emailing us right up to the point before we start
to process your order.
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the
product is defective or damaged and you are returning it for this reason. In an
effort to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition, all items are checked
during manufacture for defect, and are signed off in perfect condition before dispatch.
Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:
We request you send any faulty items back to us within 7 working days.
Write down your transaction/order number and the reason for the return.
Provide your full name, address and contact number. If you are returning your product
because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.
In the case of recordable media such as compact discs, returns will only be accepted
if the compact disk is damaged resulting in the recording being compromised. In
which case do not attempt to use the product at all and inform us by email right
away. All CD’s must be returned unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact)
and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures,
manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. Www.NuralHabib.com
will not issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state.
If the original packaging surrounding the product has been damaged or destroyed
Www.NuralHabib.com will only issue a refund if the product is being returned due
to a defect. If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or
destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment
back to us.
You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning
the product.
Unless you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is
defective (excludes damage as a result of postal handling), we will be happy to
refund your costs in returning it to us.
We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the
return is available for you.
www.NuralHabib.com will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit
to us.
Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us you should claim compensation
from the company that shipped the return.
Subject to the above, Www.NuralHabib.com will refund the purchase price of a returned
product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to
return the product.
